Originally from
Quebec, Canada, Marie-Pierre was introduced to scuba diving in 1991
during a trip to Egypt. After a second visit to the Red Sea in
2001, Marie- Pierre completed her Open Water and Advanced Open
Water courses under Geoffrey Herbert's instruction.
Onslow is a long way from Europe's fashion centre, Milan, where Marie-Pierre had spent 12 years working in the fashion industry, but diving Down Under as a partner in Scubaroo Dive was her next career move.
Fluent in French, Italian and English, Marie-Pierre looks after the administration and marketing arms of Scubaroo Dive. She also makes it her job to ensure your dive experience in the Mackerel Islands exceeds your expectations - whether it's a specific dive spot you want to see, photos of your dive, or another dive added to your trip.
And as anyone knows, there's only so much time that can be spent in the office, so any chance she gets, you'll find Marie-Pierre filling the tanks, taking care of general deckie duties, and making sure your equipment is checked and ready to go prior to all dives.
